Ref.to the above mentioned orders against our sales confirmation,we have scheduled to put into actual cutting & production as per above,you are therefore,kindly asked to re-check your files and our pre-production samples once again to ensure that there would be no further modifications / amendments may be required later on(during our production) to keep both of us in safe way. In case,further modifications and further samples may be required to send for another checking,we will have to,accordingly,ask for your permission to extend the delivery time to approciate allowance.
4	Warning: There are still the following details & accessories missing,if there are furtherly delayed,we will   have to postpone our production & delivery time accordingly.Further more if there should seriously affect our production capacity,we  will also have to claim on you for compensation to our workers.
