Subject:                                         Delivery time control  &  Condition of sales.

Dear Sir or Madam:

In order to make “Delivery time”  as set in our sales contract can be generally performed,we require you to check the following points carefully and fullfill what are necessary set below asap.

1) Fabric booking-date control:

Since we need at least 25-45,even 55 days untill we can receive the necessary fabric in our factories for production,depending on different fabric and different season,you therefore,are requested to inform us the followings details：

a)       Fabric composition / contruction and treatment requirements, 

b)       Size charter & Size assortment.

c)       Colour combination of each style.

If we can not receive the above information to book fabric on time,we will probably have to re-check with our fabric supplier for a new delivery time,then we will,unfortunetely have to also report to you with a new scheduled delivery time.

** If we need to send you the lap-dip for approval,then the fabric lead-time would definitely be more longer.

2) Technical instructions & Accessories information:

You are kindly requested to supply us full detailed technical instructions preferrably in one time.

a)  If there is necessary,you also have to send us the actual samples of label / logo,etc.for us to copy with.

b)     Accessories information: You have to give us full details with a drawing-sketch indicating the location where those label / logo are supposed to put on,but not just giving a simple descritpion which may confuse us a lot.

c)  You have to give us instructions / information within one or two time,but not even after seveal remindings,giving us only the seperated & limited information in each time,and in a  long-time distance which is not possible for us any more,this is not only causing confusion to both our factories and us,but also greatly affecting our production and delivery planning.

d)  If our factories can not receive full detailed technical instructions and counting on  these instructions to book all necessary & correct accessories like: Label / logo / Ean code /button /zipper / handtag /polybag etc…, they will not start production at all,even fabric may have arrived their warehouse earlier. The reason is  simple: Soon after they started in the production line,it is simply not possible to just stop or switch to produce for other styles…and also not possible just to let hundred of workers waiting for the label /logo or handtag to come…If this,unfortunetely should be the case,we will be forced to  claim on you been necessary to compensation for workers's salary.( Each one /each day: RMBY50.00/person), we do count on your good understandings and support the same.
