Subject:                                         Delivery Time Control  &  Conditions of Sales.

Dear Sir or Madam:

In order to avail the exact "Delivery time" as set in our sales contract, we require you to check the following points carefully and fulfill right away what are necessary as set below.

1) Fabric booking date control:

Upon receipt of necessary fabrics, accessories and other materials to our factory, the allotted production period is between 25 to 55 working days. We also need you to inform us the following details prior to production:

a)       Fabric composition / construction and treatment requirements, 

b)       Size chart & Size assortment.

c)       Color combination of each style.

For fabrics availability, you can recommend your own supplier/s or we can recommend you our usual suppliers, rest assured, we always check and recheck the suppliers if there is delay in the fabrics arrival. Our expected delivery date for the output products, as pre-scheduled, might be subject for change, depending on the availability of the fabrics, but we will always keep you informed.

** If we often change the specifications for your approval, then expect for another delay of the fabric lead time. Rest assured, we always do our best to meet your expectation and satisfaction at reasonable fabric lead time.

2) Technical instructions & Accessories information:

At first, you are kindly requested to supply us with your technical instructions of the goods preferably in full detail at once.

a) It is much better, if possible, to send us the actual samples of goods, label, logo, and others, for us to have a clear copy prior to production, to avoid doubts and repetitions.

b) Accessories information: You have to give us full details with a drawing-sketch indicating the location where those label and logo are supposed to be placed. Please, note that vague description may lead to confusion and delay of fabrication.

c) We assure you of constant update at the start of production to correct right away if there is need for correction or to move on with the production if everything is approved. But once production is approved, any changes at the middle of the production may or may not be catered depending on the situation on what is/are to be changed.

d) To sum up, please take note that our factory will not start the booking and production until we receive your approval for production with full detail of technical specifications and instructions on all necessary materials and accessories such as fabrics, care label, logo, codes, buttons, zipper, hangtag, polybag etc. All these things should be ready and available prior to production. And once bulk production has started on line, it will go on continuously to be done by hundreds of workers, and it is not possible to suddenly stop just to shift to another style. We always count on your good understanding and support on the transaction to obtain good business relationship with us.
